Ever feel like your fellow man is living in an alternate world, willfully ignorant to the mass of evidence proving their reality a fraud? Too afraid to question their own beliefs, examine alternative conclusions, or wonder of different possibilities; they’re blinded by emotion. Against all forms of reason and logic, fear, dread, hope, despair, etc… will win out; driving your fellow man to further devote themselves, to further perpetuate, and to defend by any means necessary the same fraud.
AMC’s Six-Part mini-series remake of the classic British TV-series, The Prisoner can be seen as an illustration to my suggestion. I’ll leave it to you to draw parallels to society and your own fraudulent reality.
