Jeeze yall’ i’ve never had so much fun putting together a mix before. Searching for tracks was the easy part this time around; narrowing them down to 10? Very difficult… it’s like they were all Fire. I guess it’s just that time of the year again; everyone’s ready to put winter to bed, set fire to the sky, and dance their way through summer’s end. Very well, so be it!

I’m not terribly into the song but I do dig the music video, Alot! The minimalistic sets depicted in static wide shots, the horizontal split screen, the color pallet; all beautiful! Directed by Nez Khammal of Colonel Blimp, I’m sure this video will get a few mentions at up coming music video award ceremonies. I’m hoping it’ll get a nod or two for art direction!
