So I went out in the snow on Sunday and shot more footage on the 7d. I’m really liking the camera though there are some nuances that I’m learning about that complicate some things. I’ll get there… Enjoy.

As near record snow blanketed Philadelphia Saturday, me and a few friends got together for wine and games. I figured it’d be a good time for me to take the new camera out for a spin.
I also grabbed some footage out and about the town on Sunday. I’ll try and have that up later tonight or tomorrow.

No More Mr. Nice Gay
We’re almost there!?!? I’m hoping that Prop 8 was the necessary catalyst to anger, energize, compel, and inspire the gay community and it’s supporters to demand equality.
When it comes to rights, I don’t understand how people can expect one to settle for anything less than equal. Opponents of gay marriage love to spout the “you have civil unions” line as if they’re the ones whom have compromised. Quite frankly it reminds me of the “separate but equal” premise. The day that civil unions become a viable argument is the day that ALL couples have to accept civil unions! (A notion that I’m fine with as it better defines the line between Church and State.)
Some argue that we’re whiners and sore losers as if rights we equivalent to a sporting event; “the majority has spoke, now sit quietly and accept it!” (in my best Bill O’Reilly voice). Well… sorry Bill, not this time, not when we’re talking about civil rights. As I see it, now is the precise time to stand-up and start yelling! Throughout our history minorities have and are still proudly fighting for equality, this is just a progression of that effort!
That said, I’ll end my rant and leave you with a few quotes from others and photos from myself.

Well well well Philadelphia… what happened this summer? Every thing seem so promising in spring, but then… ehhh! Was it the water? Maybe the stench in the streets? Was it something that I did? Sure, I was in NYC alot this summer but that’s not out of the ordinary. Oh well, autumn is now here and if ever a wild card was needed, its right about now. And judging from my calendar, fall is it… its going to be a banger. Philly, I’m with you!

I’ve be working working working, not my real job tho… Some how I actually got off my ass and did something i’m proud of. Those who happen to be in Philadelphia AND happen to be reading this, I will be "performing" next weekend. I’m 1/2 of a spectacular duo, still yet to be titled, that’ll make yo granny shaker her hips. If you’re intrigued and will be around next Friday then msg me and I’ll reveal the locale.
