I’m in Chicago - Day 3

• 1:12 PM diligent - So the site is back up thankfully. I’m assuming it was an error with my hosting provider b/c I did nothing to rectify the errors. Last night ended in a bit of drama but things are ok now. Today we’re off to the Art Institute of Chicago, They’re unvieling the new modern wing. Then we’ll hang in Millennium Park.

• 4:28 PM - Did the bean and milineum park… Now at the museum checking out all
  the eye candy ;-) I think we going to the beach next. Definately a day
  of activity.

• 9:00 PM diligent - Met up with Giang and his new friend Tim in the north and hung out at
  the beach for a while. We’re going to get all swanky for Sean’s B-Day
  party. Should be fun.

I’m in Chicago - Day 2

• 2:54 PM - Last night we (Sean, Giang, and I) ended up at a modern Asian fusion place
  called PingPon on N. Broadway. Pretty decent… I had the asparagus with
  chicken. I’m still waiting for my urine to stench of it, I’m confident
  that’s a myth though. After dinner we headed to a club called Berlin where
  it was supposed to be Lady Sovereign’s after party… however I don’t think
  they ever showed.We’re finally getting around to moving now… It’s supposed to rain all day
  so I presume we’ll be looking to do indoor activities.

  Hancock Bldg.

• 11:12 PM diligent - I’m sad because I ‘m trying to enjoy myself on my little vacation and then my website goes down… I think someone might have hacked it, but it looks like my new site is down too (same hosting provider).

I’m in Chicago - Day 1

• 1:05 PM  So I’m in Chicago for the rest of the week on a bit if R&R. I was supposed to get in last night but was severely delayed because of weather and “mechanical” problems that caused us to sit on the plane at the gate for over 2 hours. Add to that, waiting on the tarmac for another hour or so, having our route diverted, and having a super bumpy landing in fog/rain early in the AM… Not a pleasant experience! Oh well, I’m here now. Let the festivities begin!
